Our story
Bússola Azul Excursões is a Mozambican tourism and sea transport company, headquartered in Maputo with a branch in Vilanculos, in Inhambane province.
It was founded in 2021 by Marcio Jerry de Sousa to take people out to sea: sightseeing tours, sea transport, events on board and tailor-made experiences.
Since then the fleet has grown to 12 boats - from the speedboats that run the island Day Trip to the Pérola do Índico catamaran, which holds up to 80 guests.
In 2024 the Vilanculos branch got a name of its own: Bazaruto Boat Excursion, dedicated to the Bazaruto Archipelago.
